Tomasz Grzybowski

Musician, guitarist, arranger and educator. A graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków. His classical training forms the foundation of his broad artistic explorations, encompassing jazz, improvised music and contemporary solo guitar repertoire. From the outset of his career, he has developed a distinctive musical language that unites diverse stylistic influences into a coherent and personal sonic narrative.

He performs on classical, acoustic and electric guitars, with a particular focus on the seven-string classical guitar. Its extended range and resonant depth serve as a creative tool and a defining element of his artistic voice, enabling him to shape multi-layered textures that merge melody, harmony and improvisation. His command of classical technique allows him to move freely between composed structures and spontaneous expression.

Grzybowski has appeared as a soloist, chamber musician and session artist. He has collaborated with distinguished musicians including Joszko Broda and Joachim Mencel, as well as with orchestras and choirs, among them the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic Orchestra in Kraków. He has performed in Poland and internationally, including Germany, Belgium, Brazil and China, presenting a mature and versatile artistic profile.
